Many cleaning companies are deceptive about their pricing. We try to be as transparent as possible!
Every visit has a $99 minimum so it is best to have multiple services completed at the same time. There is a $59 base price per visit, so it is beneficial to have multiple services completed at one time.
Pressure Washing
For driveways and other large areas, we charge 20¢ per square foot.
For sidewalks and other narrow areas, we charge 60¢ per linear foot of perimeter.
Soft Washing
For soft washing (a chemical wash of smooth surfaces - typically vinyl siding), we charge 18¢ per square foot based on the MLS listing square footage of the home.
If only some of the exterior is siding, the price to complete the cleaning will be adjusted to match the amount being cleaned.
Soft washing costs more because more chemicals are used to complete the job.
Gutter Cleaning
We do not remove debris from gutter channels - we only clean the exterior facing of the gutters.
Basic gutter cleaning is included with the cost of soft washing.
For cleaning of zebra stripes on gutters (dark/black vertical lines), we charge $2.00 per linear foot. This service is only available on first story gutters.
